What we collect
Account information: name and email address when you sign up, either directly or via Google/Apple sign-in.
Purchase information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic order details — we never see or store your card number.
Course activity: your progress through the 7-day program, flashcard review history, and streaks, so your progress is saved between sessions.
Handwriting images: when you use the writing-practice feature, a snapshot of what you drew is sent to OpenAI to generate feedback on your handwriting. These images are used only to produce that feedback.
How we use it
To run the course (save your progress, unlock paid content, and show you where you left off), to send account-related and optional product emails (like a daily word or a streak reminder — you can turn these off anytime in Account Settings), and to improve the lessons themselves.
We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each of which processes data on our behalf:
- Supabase — account data and course progress storage
- Stripe — payment processing
- OpenAI — handwriting recognition and feedback
- Resend — transactional and optional product emails
- Vercel — hosting
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information from Account Settings, unsubscribe from any optional email from the link in that email or from Account Settings, and request full account deletion by contacting us — see below.
